NineMo keeps your pregnancy records on your phone. You can delete them, and your account, at any time. Here is how.
In the app
Open NineMo, go to Settings › Notifications & data › Delete account and data. There are two separate choices.
Delete data on this phone
Removes everything NineMo stores on that phone: records, photos, reminders and the encryption key.
Delete my account
Deletes your account and its server data: signed-in devices, partner sharing (including the encrypted copies a partner could see) and invites. Every device is signed out at once and the server copies are erased within 30 days.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email contact@nextappfactory.com from the email address of your NineMo account and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete the same server data as the in-app option.
What is kept
Guests have no account, so nothing about them is on our servers. Records stored only on a phone are deleted by the phone option or by uninstalling the app. A file you exported yourself is yours: we never receive it and cannot delete it.
